REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when and how DaManager may provide refunds for services purchased through our platform. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Definition of Terms

i.) The ‘date of the transaction’ means the date we processed the purchase or renewal.

ii.) “Partial refund” means it is conditional, and we set the terms for this refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only if requested within the refund period specified below and in accordance with this policy.

Eligible services include:

  • Domain Name
  • Shared Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Email Hosting

Note: Refund requests must be submitted to DaManager’s customer support within the applicable refund period to qualify.

2. Refund Timeframes

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service you purchased, and only applies to the eligible services listed above in Section 1. You may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date or the service activation date.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

i.) Contact DaManager Support within the refund period.

ii.) Provide your account details (the same account from which the purchase was made) and the service you wish to refund.

iii.) Follow any additional instructions from our support to verify your request.

Note: Refund requests submitted after the applicable period will not be considered.

a.) Products Available for Refund Under Standard Terms

  • Shared Hosting (all plans): 30-day money-back guarantee for a full refund.
  • New Domain Registration: Refund available within 72 hours of purchase. Domains cancelled for possible fraudulent reasons are not refundable.
  • Domain Transfer: Refunds will be issued if cancelled within 59 days from the transaction date.
  • Professional Email: 30-day money-back guarantee for a full refund.
  • Zoho Email: Full refund (only on monthly subscriptions), Partial refund (for a yearly subscription). You can request this partial refund within the first 45 days.
  • WordPress Hosting: 30-day money-back guarantee for a full refund.

b.) Products Not Available for Refunds

  • VPS Server Hosting
  • Daily Backups
  • Priority Support

Domain Name Transfers: Refundable only if both the following conditions are met: (i) the domain name transfer is unsuccessful, and (ii) the refund is initiated within 59 days from payment for such transfer.

4. Refund Method

We will return approved refunds to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Service Termination on Refund

Once we issue a refund:

  • We will immediately terminate the associated service.
  • We will also permanently delete any data linked to the service, including emails, files, and databases.
  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before requesting a refund.

6. Refund Exceptions

In some cases, DaManager may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion. However, we reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Are submitted after the refund period.
  • Involve policy violations.
  • Appear to be abusive or fraudulent.

7. Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by applicable laws and DaManager’s Terms of Service.

8. Changes to the Policy

DaManager may modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated terms will apply effective as of the effective date shown at the top of this policy.
